The facilities were complete, the heated pools were great, the buffet was varied and good, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were generally attentive.

The pool was great, but there was no overall supervision—someone should check everything.

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a view of the pool. The buffet was varied, the hotel huge with a big slide and lovely pools, and the staff were courteous, some speaking French. The hotel is child‑focused with a climbing wall, zip‑line, and water area—everything was perfect.

All inclusive was pleasant because we could grab food and drinks almost any time, so we weren’t tied to set meal times. The pools were clean, and the animation team and program were really good, varied, and energetic. Unfortunately, the All Inclusive package tempts many—especially Brits—to drink a lot of alcohol, and the pool bar always had a strong odor, probably from the bins. The staff clearing plates were so fast they even removed full cups and plates, and on one day we lost our table because others sat at the cleared one. The food itself didn’t taste good, though the selection was large—quantity over quality. Overall, the hotel felt too big, crowded, and spread out. It’s in decent condition, but sometimes it seems only half‑heartedly maintained. Reception staff were useless; you’re left to fend for yourself regardless of the issue, and a key box would have sufficed. The rest of the staff were actually quite friendly.
