“Great Apartment”
A cozy apartment with a comfy vibe, right in the heart of the city and only a 5‑10 minute stroll to coffee shops and great restaurants; getting in was a breeze and the owners were very friendly! The only downside was that there wasn’t a separate shower.
The price was worth it: the apartment was spotless, came with a mini projector so my kid could watch YouTube, and even had a steam iron for easy use. It’s a homestay in the city center but not on a noisy street, and the staff were very helpful and flexible with check‑out to accommodate our family. Highly recommended.
“séjour extraordinaire, dépaysant; des gens agréables dans une ville qui ne dort pas”
The apartment sits above a shop, with two well‑separated, comfortable bedrooms—one has a bathroom corner, the other a kitchen that wasn’t operational, but that didn’t bother us since we ate outside most of the time. The owner was reachable by phone, tap water was available daily, and the location was great for exploring the city. The city never sleeps, so there was constant traffic noise, and dogs barked at night, but that wasn’t related to the accommodation.
“Mooi appartement voor het geld maar van slapen komt weinig”
The place was well‑located and reasonably priced for its size, but the beds were extremely hard—probably the toughest I've slept on in two weeks in Vietnam—and barking dogs outside the bedroom window kept me from sleeping well.
The space was comfortable, but I couldn’t figure out why the water suddenly stopped in the room.
