The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel sits right next to the interstate, and the noise is unbelievably loud, making it hard to sleep. We stayed two nights and asked to switch to a room on the river side; the difference is night and day. Still, the walls are very thin, so you hear everything next to you and above you.

I thought before this stay that Hampton was a quality hotel. It has turned out to be the worst. 1 upon arrival, I found a dirty alcohol can in the drawer. I called and it was removed. 2 The power went out at 3 pm just before I had to leave for my grandson's wedding. At 9:50 pm when I returned, the power was restored but we wer told the elevator engineer has to come and and turn the elevator back on.I am handicapped and requested an accessible room when booking
