Everything from the arrival to leaving the rooms were clean tidy and had everything you needed, the reception staff were professional and polite The location is convenient to the town centre amenities and pubs. Nothing

The hotel is close to all the bays, just a short walk to the beach, and I can’t think of anything negative.

The hotel shows a lot of care in maintaining its old building, but the lift and its access could use some smartening up.

We only stayed one night because we were visiting friends in Scarborough, and the Riviera Town House was in the perfect spot in the town centre. The double room on the 4th floor was small but cozy and offered a sea view. Breakfast was really good, and overall the place gave great value for money; I’ll think about staying there again. The only downside was the noisy floorboards, which you’d expect in an old building.
