The price was attractive, and the reception staff were always kind, polite, and welcoming, making it a good value for a budget stay. However, the hotel clearly needs renovation; the rooms are small, dark, and show their age, and the biggest problem was that I never received an invoice for my business trip even after requesting it directly from the hotel, which was very disappointing and unprofessional.

We only chose this place for the F1, it was just a quick stop‑off, nothing special, but it was close to shops and the train station. Unfortunately, there was a booking mix‑up: we were assigned a smoking room even though we don’t smoke, I’m asthmatic, and we had a 13‑year‑old son. The room’s smell was awful; when we asked to change rooms, the reception said no rooms were available. We opened the window as wide as it would go and then went out for food, which helped a bit.

I was sick while staying there, and the staff were extremely helpful in overcoming language barriers to find medical care options, which I really appreciated.

The rooms were so small that it was virtually impossible to open a suitcase; the beds were very hard, the pillows barely there, the rooms smelled of smoke, and the location was out of the way.
