The property is nonexistent at the location; they are closed, I can’t stay there, I already paid but they don’t give me rooms.

When we arrived, we found the place closed, the owner had left, and other people were renting the same rooms under a different name. First they told us that the owner of Purba had closed a year ago and then offered us their rooms, but it was the same room we had booked through the app. We spoke with the owner and demanded a solution because we had already paid, but he said that booking and other apps didn’t change his accommodation data and that people arrive daily in the same situation. They are scammers! The owner is irresponsible.
