FabHotel Galaxy I - Inside Sai Avenue

Nothing good to say. I was turned away from a room even though I had booked well in advance for the final’s match day and paid for the stay. The staff claimed the rooms were full, but it seemed they raised prices on other booking sites once India reached the finals. They also run a brothel at this location. Avoid this place; the service was awful and the place was a real mess.

We did not like anything in this hotel. Regret booking it. Everything including the staff could be better here. Staff was unresponsive and seemed drunk. For 3 people in a room they were not ready to give enough blankets. They said we only provide 1 blanket for 3 people. Bathrooms were bad. There were no locks to the room and the staff said don't worry you will not loose anything, you don't need to lock the rooms. This is not what we paid for. Just posting good pictures of the rooms doesn't help

I was really looking forward to a comfortable stay, but this hotel had some major issues. The room TV was disconnected, the room was not clean, and there was no tea or coffee facility. And to make matters worse, the room lock was not working. It was like they were trying to make it as difficult as possible for guests to relax. Overall, it was an okay experience, but only just.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was a disaster. Despite booking a room, they didn't have one available for us and completely failed to help two solo female travelers in need. The service was absolutely appalling and we would never go back. It's a shame, because the location looked nice, but the staff's attitude was completely unacceptable.

“Avoid at All Costs!”

I'm still trying to process how a hotel could be so utterly disastrous. The constant noise from the construction site right outside was relentless, and the neighborhood itself had a sketchy vibe that made me nervous. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of order, so I had to lug my bags up multiple flights of stairs. When I finally made it to my room, I was appalled by the state of the furniture and the cleanliness – or lack thereof.
