Before breakfast, I went to the pool, and after a hike for a refresh, it was simply wonderful in the middle of a garden with palm trees. The hosts always had a warm smile. The location is very pleasant, and the hike to the Algunder Waalweg with a view of Schloss Tirol starts directly from the courtyard. We arrived at the terrace of Schloss Thurnstein. The trip to Leiteralm with a chairlift and a cable lift was also super nice and relaxing. A few more days would have been nice ;)
“Erholsamer Wanderurlaub in Südtirol”
A truly wonderful host. Great central location. Delicious, especially healthy bread, vegetables, and apple juice from his own farm. The host, Herr Josef Kröss, is a pioneer of organic farming. With the Algund Gästekarte, all regional public transport in South Tyrol is usable. The bus stops are a 2‑4 minute walk away. Parking is available. We used the pool every day, a nice treat after a long hike.

The hosts are really warm and try to solve all questions and problems. It's rare to meet such nice people. The pool is great and you can swim and chill there! The room is simply equipped and definitely needs a full renovation. After all, it's just for sleeping.

The host is very kind, helpful, and communicative. He sent us fruit and his own products. The pool is in a pleasant setting. The place has a great vibe.

Everything you need was there, friendly landlords and helpful. The beds could be better; they were a bit close together, it was warm so you only had a blanket cover and I always bring my own pillow.
