It offers excellent value in Medewi. If you don’t have a scooter, I wouldn’t recommend staying there because it’s a bit tricky to get to. They have a basic outdoor kitchen. The rooms look fairly new and are equipped with everything you need. Sometimes the water drain was a bit clogged, and they didn’t clean our rooms unless we asked.

It’s so comfortable; the mattresses are great, and it’s peaceful and very relaxing next to the rice fields. Agus is an amazing host for our group—thanks so much for everything!

I was blown away by how budget‑friendly this place turned out to be: spotless rooms, air‑conditioning, generous space, a comfy bed, silence, and stunning rice‑field scenery. The hot shower worked great and the price was spot on. The whole property is brand new, so there’s nothing to gripe about—I even booked an extra night. The photos really reflect the reality, and the restaurant next door is worth a visit. If you’re into surfing, you’ll definitely need a scooter; the main street with shops and restaurants is about a 10‑minute walk, and Sumbul Beach (not Medewi Point) is roughly 20 minutes away.

Host Mas Agus went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. He helped to arrange for a bike and introduced me to Mas Deby the best surf instructor!!! Location was great, nice and quiet in the middle of the rice field (with the occasional prayer from the mosque which you will hear often in this part of Bali). General upkeep could be better - not a deal breaker though for the value you will be getting from this stay!
