Even with the simple, modern facilities, the owner’s artistic touch is just enough to keep you relaxed while still stimulating the senses, and my child also found it a good stimulus. A few new, compatible izakayas opened nearby. The only downside is that, perhaps because of the timing of our stay, the artistic vibe is nice but there aren’t many nearby facilities that seem coordinated, so it tends to be just a stay.

The owner is super nice, he’s very tolerant even though my English isn’t great and he helped me a lot. I really like the house’s style—it’s artistic. Everything is clean and hygienic. It should be the first choice in Lake Tama.

I adored the contemporary mix of café, art space, shop, event venue and hostel in a quiet area that offers plenty. It’s a place where people gather, and it’s also a few train stations from Nikko if you want to explore.
