The staff is very friendly and the food is good, and the cleaning is also fine. The internet is very unstable because the power cuts all the time, the Wi‑Fi is super intermittent, the sea is rough and not suitable for swimming, the rooms are very plain and a bit neglected with their walls and curtains. The billiards area is terribly messy and the chairs at the beach are awful. I think the place is okay overall, but I feel the price‑to‑value ratio is lacking.

The quiet atmosphere, the varied spaces to relax, the sea‑front room, the food, and the massage service were all positive. However, the sea is quite dirty due to the Buritaca River mixing with it, and the water is too strong for swimming. The power supply was inconsistent; the lights went out several times.

The hotel looks gorgeous. The cabin I booked was super comfy and spacious, right by the sea. The food was delicious, the jacuzzi amazing, everything was in good condition, and the service was great.
