A warm welcome, a fabulous bath, and a seating area with a TV right next to the bed made the stay lovely. The town centre and the sea are just a short walk away, and there’s plenty of on‑street parking.
The location is good, with easy access and parking. The room is clean and inviting, and the extra novelties are a nice touch. Breakfast is spot on. Highly recommend.
Very friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean, and we appreciated the fridge and fresh milk on arrival. Breakfast was tasty, and we loved the fresh fruit.

The place felt like a home away from home, and Laurie was the perfect host—friendly and welcoming. Carol’s breakfasts were amazing, with superb quality ingredients. Our room, room 5, felt like a mini suite: clean, comfortable, and with quality bedding. A five‑minute walk to the town centre gives access to fantastic restaurants. Having a host on site really adds a personal touch. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this spot; nothing was too much trouble. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hunstanton didn’t disappoint ❤️ Alex & Paul x
