The location was very good, right in the centre, the rooms were cozy, and parking was convenient; we were there for the Ironman 70.3 and could store our bikes without trouble in the garage or the ski room.

The place was very central, we had the first two nights to ourselves, and the contact with the owner was great even though he wasn’t there; when another guest arrived, we could hear that it was pretty loud.

We booked the accommodation last minute late at night and were warmly welcomed; the location is spot on, very central in Zell am See, just a few minutes’ walk from the lake; the café next door served a tasty breakfast the next morning, parking was behind the house, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

The beds were really comfy and Herr Fischer was super friendly. The spot in the middle of Zell am See is great, but the Wi‑Fi was a real let‑down.
