I was told the hotel was in Miri, but it’s actually over 70 km away, which forced me to pay extra and book another place in the city through your service. The staff refused to give me the address and then started deleting my WhatsApp messages after saying the hotel is in Miri.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, the noisy neighbors were a major letdown - it seemed like they were separating families from lively groups wasn't quite effective. With all that space, it was a shame we couldn't enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

My stay here had its highlights and low points. The rooms were super beautiful and generously sized, which was a great start. However, I found the location to be a bit isolated without a car, and the restaurant was under renovation during my visit. To top it off, breakfast was a bit of a letdown - I was served fried rice from a plastic box.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel, which was conveniently located at the entrance of a national park. The decor was elegant and comfortable, and my room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped. The shared kitchen and living room added a homey touch, and the staff were warm and attentive. It was the perfect base for exploring the park during the day and unwinding with the sounds of nature at night.
