The spot’s spot‑on‑the‑map is perfect for hopping on trains and buses, the breakfast was solid, the room was roomy and comfy, the staff were friendly, and everything nearby was within easy reach. No complaints at all.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the room was stocked with cups, saucers, cutlery, an iron and a microwave, which made me want to linger longer. I didn’t need the huge TV – I never watch TV while traveling and a family‑size screen would have been enough. The biggest issue was that the slippers didn’t match the price; they were worn by unknown guests and the barefoot‑style felt gross, so I had to wear my own shoes. Most Japanese guests can’t stay in shoes, so I’d rate it down to two stars.

The place sits right next to the train station, the Longe area offers plenty of drinks and lounges, and there’s a laundry spot on site.
