Very clean! The accommodation is great and there is a shower with hot water. The wifi works very well. It’s not close enough to the center, but that’s a choice :)

The room was clean, hot water was available, and the kitchen could be used. The beach is a 15‑20 minute walk away. Great value for money.

An excellent villa for a group or several families, with fast wifi that’s rare in Sri Lanka. The owner was accommodating and helped with any questions or requests. The kitchen is fully equipped, cocktails can be made in the blender, there’s a large fridge, and every room has air‑conditioning. It’s 20 minutes from the main road, and it wasn’t always possible to call a tuk‑tuk or taxi, but renting bikes solves that problem. Nearby is a beach with turtles.

I liked that this is a large, secluded villa‑hotel away from noise and crowds. I had an entire second floor, a bedroom, a big living room, and parking in the courtyard. The owners lived nearby and helped with any issues. Overall everything is good for the price. A few minor improvements I’d suggest: get rid of the ants that often fill the place, widen the bathroom door opening so tall people don’t hit their heads, and add blackout curtains so you don’t wake up at 7 am with sunrise if you don’t need to.

The room was spacious and airy, featuring a comfy four‑poster bed with mosquito nets and windows. The en‑suite bathroom had a good shower, sink, toilet, and included soaps and toiletries, and everything was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was modern and stocked with all the necessary appliances and accessories. Ushanka, the host, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful—he did everything he could for me, providing books about the local area, nearby attractions, and tourist sites. He offered assistance with transport to and from the airport and local destinations, and could arrange trips to places like the Turtle Sanctuary, whale watching, Yala National Park, various beaches, Galle, and other tourist spots. The villa also boasts a lovely rooftop and BBQ area, a green garden with tables and chairs, and the overall location is quiet, easily reachable via a good road, and feels safe and secure. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about.
