I had stayed here before, and the layout, breakfast, room, and location were all good. When my friend and I arrived, we were told that there was only a double room, even though we had booked a twin‑bed room almost a year in advance. My friend ended up sleeping on a fold‑out bed after we complained at reception, which was a disappointing start to the stay.

The location was okay and the staff at check‑in tried to help. Magda was very helpful at breakfast and the evening staff were also good. The room wasn’t what we booked; I had messaged in advance to say I’d be bringing my 5‑year‑old child and a disabled mother, yet there were no disabled facilities and no bed for my child, so he didn’t come with me at the last minute. The kettle was full of lime scale, so I couldn’t make a drink in the room, and there was no fridge as advertised.

The spot is fantastic, the staff are super friendly, they handed me free ice cream when I arrived, and the rooms are nice, though the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location is great, parking is paid but you can see the ticket, and everything else is perfect.
