There was plenty to do and the staff were nice, yet I couldn’t reach the owner for keys, had to get a refund, and then a different room directly from the resort that was much better because we could actually use the pools; a private booking didn’t give access to all the amenities.

This is a scam listing. I drove 8 hours to be told by Landmark that they own room 441, yet this listing isn’t theirs. I had to get a refund from Booking, and the number on the listing is disconnected. Don’t book this.

The place was very clean, close to the elevators, the bed was amazing, and the view was incredible. The kitchen light and fridge weren’t working, so I contacted the rental owner and they fixed it right away. One leg of the footrest kept falling off and the balcony door handle kept coming loose; we didn’t stay long enough to report it, but I know they would have fixed it immediately. There also wasn’t a broom, which would have been handy with all the sand.

The price was good, the beds were comfortable, and the beach view was nice, but the resort didn’t communicate with the owner, couldn’t find our reservation, and when they realized it was an Airbnb, they told me I needed a room code that I never received. I had to contact Booking and the owner before finally getting the code and entering the room—very bad experience, the worst!
