The host was very friendly, the location was splendid, and the room was clean; however, during my stay the building next door was being renovated, causing a lot of early‑morning noise, and the host did everything he could to make the situation as comfortable as possible.

Comfort and friendliness were top; everything was new and clean. They even gave us a free umbrella and a beach umbrella. One morning I had tea, and they also offered herbal teas, a microwave, and a shared fridge. I’ll definitely come back. The spot is perfect, far from the chaos of the couscous festival yet still close to the sea. No complaints.

Giuseppe was exceptionally kind and always ready to help whenever needed; the shared hallway fridge and the kettle with tea and coffee were clever ideas. Nothing negative.

The accommodation’s location on San Vito’s main street, just steps from the beach, is excellent. Cleaning service was superb, and the owner was very helpful, providing a beach umbrella right away when we asked. The property faces a local eatery where you can buy and taste great regional foods. The air‑conditioner barely worked and needs replacement.
