Very close to the port and bus station. The hotel was overbooked and they moved me to another place a few blocks away, which felt less valuable. It seems to happen more often.
Convenient to the pier and bus station, and the room had AC. It was very noisy, the linen wasn’t 100 % clean but acceptable, the price was high for what you get, and there was no mosquito net.
