The room was essential, everything needed was there briefly. The service was terrible: we waited two hours at Istanbul airport for a pre‑booked transfer (arranged in the evening). We sent names, surnames, flight number, time, but the hotel replied, “I didn’t work yesterday – I don’t know anything.” The driver couldn’t find you. Earlier the driver had sent a photo with a 7‑seat number and we had to wait there. The last excuse was that the driver got stuck in traffic. Don’t book any transfer from this hotel. The balconies are tiny, no plants or flowers. The hotel is in a residential area, with construction noise. In our room, the window looks out onto a concrete container and a smelly view.
