The rooms were surprisingly spacious and spotless, which was a great start to our stay. The staff were also very polite and helpful, which made a big difference. However, we were a bit put off by the hidden charges, no matter how small they were. As someone who works in the tourism industry, I know how these kinds of charges can erode trust in a business.

The hotel's reception staff were completely unhelpful, and to make matters worse, they didn't provide the basic amenities like towels and a bed. The air conditioning was set to timer, leaving us with no hot water, and to top it off, there was no running water at night. It was a really frustrating experience, and the staff didn't seem to care about resolving the issues.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't quite live up to our expectations. The room was small, but at least it was clean. The real problem was the staff, who seemed completely uninterested in helping us with our issues. We had to deal with a lot of hassle, and it was a shame because the location was actually pretty good.
