It does have some nice aspects, but overall it was a disappointment.
“We didn’t stay”
The pictures on the booking app were misleading, and when I asked about the AC unit the staff said she wasn’t sure if it worked. The listing didn’t mention AC, so we decided not to stay and are still waiting for a refund.
“Not recommended!”
The bed was clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were pretty shabby. There was no coffee—no coffee machine, no carafe, no coffee, no cups. The bedside lamp’s knob was missing, and the lamp could only be turned on with pliers, which I happened to have in my car.
“Budget one-star hotel that needs help, but still looked better than anything else in town.”
The room had a kitchenette and a table that could hold a computer. There were two chairs, but one was taken up by a cable box. A few dishes were present, but only one plate and some scattered silverware. The sponge smelled like spaghetti sauce from the previous guest. The toilet paper holder was broken and the pots were somewhat dirty. The exterior of the motel looked unappealing.
The parking spot is right in front of the entrance, yet the bathroom cleanliness—especially the shower curtains and the window—was poor, and the photos didn’t match what was actually provided.
