The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the third‑person bed was far too small for an adult, even though the bedding itself was decent.

The location, breakfast, room, reception services, plus the pool and sauna were all good. The cleaning and some aspects of the room—like the carpet and the fabric chair in some spots—needed more maintenance (see the shower that opens onto the room).

The staff were amazing and the hotel is beautiful, just a 3‑minute walk from the main tube line. They were so welcoming that they remembered I’d stayed before and upgraded my room. It had no view, but the room itself was amazing. The hotel is very stylish, fabulous staff, and the location is ideal for getting anywhere in London. The only negative was that there was no view from the room (just an alley). I didn’t eat here this time, so I can’t comment on the food.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious, the bed was soft, the staff quality was high, and the daily water bottles were fresh. The Tido was very good. One thing I’d prefer are softer pillows.
