The location demanded a 1000‑peso deposit before check‑in; at check‑out they promised to return it the next day, but it’s been a week and the deposit still hasn’t been refunded.

I stayed for three nights and the bed was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was never cleaned during my visit. I’m not a picky person, yet I expect daily cleaning; each time I entered the room I had to mentally prepare because of a strong urine odor and the trash bin had never been emptied. If you, like me, need a tidy bathroom, consider spending a bit more elsewhere; if the bathroom isn’t a priority, I still think this hostel offers good value for money.

The dorm was very cozy, the common area was pleasant, and the AC worked flawlessly. Every morning you get a simple breakfast that’s surprisingly good. The only downside is that the hostel is quite a distance from the city centre.

The place was clean, and there was nothing else to criticize.

The cat was a highlight, but there’s only one, and we’d have liked more. The location is a bit far, and most trike services charge extra to go that far.
