Please make arrangements to serve morning Tea by 5 am. Tea was available only around 8.30 am as a result of which the morning bath and other preparations were getting late
The stay was good, and I was also happy with the experience.
I received no positives; the service was poor, the cancellation notice was sent on the same day as check‑in, and that made me question the trustworthiness of a hotel that customers rely on to book rooms.
The room was good, the owner and staff behaved well and cooperated, and the stay was comfortable, but the TV in the room should be available without any delay.

The Rajasthan Bhojanalay below the hotel served quick and immediate food when no Bengali hotel or restaurant was ready to help, because as a foreigner I was treated very badly, with people taking money and even sexually harassing me in hotels booked by foreign agencies; the staff were young boys who were overly smug, behaved badly, and had a rude expression after taking money, literally harassing women from all aspects, while the area was congested with many motorbikes and had no road safety for foreigners who come to stay.
