It’s a huge property that is maintained very poorly, the food is mediocre, and it absolutely does not justify the price.

The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the hotel manager who arranged everything for us; the pool was nice and the view from it was amazing, but the hotel and rooms need reconstruction, the food is only Indian so foreigners should be aware, and the beach is not for swimming because of a potential crocodile attack—this restriction was not mentioned on the websites.

The vibe was fantastic, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and the staff were lovely; the crystal‑clear infinity pool overlooking the sea was a highlight. Unfortunately, we ran into a major issue when trying to pay because Mastercard was not accepted.

There was no hot water, the first room’s door lock was defective with a large gap that anyone could slip through, and the TV switch was placed by the bed with no instructions.

The place could have been cleaner; it’s a solid 3‑star hotel, certainly not a 5‑star, and the breakfast buffet left something to be desired.
