The location is excellent, the staff helpful, continental breakfasts good, and the hotel is reasonably priced; however, our room had previously been occupied by a smoker—some rooms need to stay smoke‑free. We had to ventilate by opening windows and spraying perfume, and the staff were informed and apologized.

The hotel is close to Saint‑Lazare station and La Madeleine, right in the heart of Paris yet surprisingly quiet. The room is fairly spacious, comfy, and the shower area is spotless. Staff are very friendly.
