I stumbled onto this place at the last minute and it turned out to be exactly what I didn’t realize I needed. The overnight stay was short, but the room felt welcoming and tranquil, and my stress melted away instantly. The décor is warm and earthy, the bed is heavenly, and the kitchenette is well stocked for making coffee and breakfast. I especially enjoyed sipping my morning java on the covered swing while listening to the birds and admiring the beautifully landscaped grounds. Cleanliness was impeccable—the shower glass door was so spotless I almost thought it wasn’t there. And Janna is a gem—warm, hospitable, and incredibly talented! My time was too brief, but knowing I’ll return made saying goodbye a bit easier. I could hear the couple in the neighboring room, though they were quiet by 10 pm, and I felt a bit of pressure to keep quiet when I woke at 6 am so as not to disturb the kitchenette or bathroom.

The facilities are outdated: the fridge makes noise all night at 2 m from the bed, the induction plate emits waves, and the sink is stained. The bedding material was unpleasant and not conducive to sleep. The bath towels were made of the same material as the dishcloth and sponge, so they absorb nothing. The eco‑friendly approach is appreciated, but practicality must also be considered.

The location! If you’re looking for a base for Prince Edward County (beaches, nature, wineries), this is the spot. So beautifully situated and quiet, with meticulous attention to detail. You feel at home immediately; everything exudes atmosphere and is lovingly crafted and maintained. Truly special! Nothing to complain about. Tip: a lamp on the table, a different coffee maker (this one is gorgeous but not practical), and more space to store items.

The décor, comfort, and quietness are excellent. It’s a bit far from tourist sites, and the soundproofing between the two studios isn’t very good.
