“Super dog friendly with tons of charm.”
It was the best dog‑friendly stay ever; the dog could roam freely in the secure grounds and the owners and staff were welcoming. The quinta was charming, as were the hosts. Beds in the twin room were a good size and extremely comfortable, rooms were lovely, slightly quirky. Tea, coffee, kettle and water were provided, free Wi‑Fi, plenty of good‑quality towels. The pool was perfect, with comfy sun loungers or shaded tables. The suite had kitchen facilities, fridge, small hob—everything needed for a simple supper in the lovely garden. Don’t stay in an old working quinta expecting no quirks; the plumbing made strange noises at night, but that’s normal for a period property. It wasn’t as tranquil as we’d hoped, with a lot of noise until early evening from outside and from maintenance inside, but the warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere more than compensated.
