“Enttäuschung pur!”

It was very dirty, in the room and the breakfast area. The price‑performance ratio was completely unfair… that was disappointing. At the pool nothing is done except automatic entry control. Guests do not respect the rules and nothing is done about it.

“Wenig Erholung für viel Geld.”

The sea view was a plus. We stayed as a couple for a few days. The hotel is very child‑friendly (super!!!) but for a romantic getaway it was very noisy and busy. The wellness area had already passed its prime. The bar was extremely expensive; how can a cocktail be cheaper than a glass of wine for 15€? Breakfast was okay, the same every day. It was also very loud because many people rushed in. The distance to the beach was fine. The distance to restaurants was good for a walk, about 10 minutes. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn’t go back because it was too loud, too large, and too pricey for a relaxing break. The parking was available in a nearby car park for 19€ per day. You only get to the deck for guests through a narrow, cramped corridor. There is no elevator.

“Freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang, für eine kurze Auszeit zum entspannen jedoch nicht geeignet.”

The breakfast was extensive and varied, the view was a dream, and all staff were very friendly. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was in a quiet spot. The separation for dog owners at breakfast is really great. We were thrilled to receive a bottle of champagne in the room upon arrival (please add a few glasses next time so you don’t have to drink the delicious champagne from a toothbrush cup ;) ). The sauna and pool area were left entirely to guests’ discretion; on a Saturday at about 11:00 am the saunas were still off, the bins were overflowing, and the toilets… :( gross. The Brita filter system for drinking water needed urgent replacement; the water tasted musty, and the filter unit beeped every 5 minutes with a red error sign shaped like an exclamation mark. The pool floor was sandy, dirty, and it was really unpleasant to walk barefoot. The elevators were slow and old, so during breakfast and check‑out there was a long wait. Unfortunately, rooms were not cleaned daily. The bar drink prices were outrageous, and not every beer listed on the menu was actually available.

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage und befindet sich nur ca. 10min von der Strandpromenade Timmendorfer Strand entfernt. Auch der Besuch des Nahegelegnern Sea Life und der Ostseetherme waren Super. Das Personal war sehr Hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Für Kids ist virl geboten. Der große Indoorpool wie auch das Gamingzimmer war für die Kids zudem ein Highlight. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und bietet viel auswahl. Wir hattrn ein Familirnzimmer mit Meerblick. Morgens aufzuwachen, auf die See zu schauen und den Sonnrnaufgang zu verfolgrn war atemberaubend.Ein kurzer Tripp nach Travemünde und die Besichtigung der dort vor Anker liegenden Passat sind Lohnrnswert. Das Hotel ist auf heden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Die Matratzen waren etwas zu weich und man hatte das Gefühl das diese teilweise schon etwas durchgelegen waren. Dir Lüfzung im Bad funktionierte leider nicht. Die Preise im Hoteleigrnen Restaurant waren für mein empfinden etwas überhöt . Die Patkgebphren Pro Tag beliefen sich auf 19€ jedoch waren die Plätze recht Eng und es wurde teils auf zwei Parkplätzen geparkt
