“Uitstekend dankzij correctieve actie van personeel.”
I booked a three‑bedroom room but it only had two beds; the bartender quickly set up an extra room so all three of us could stay together.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, not pretentious. The mountain view was beautiful. Breakfast was extensive and very good. The room was stunning and the bathroom felt almost like a spa. The street was very loud. The balcony is just a long standing area along the window; you can’t put a chair there, which wasn’t clear in the description.

The breakfast offered a huge variety, including 18 kinds of cheese, which is truly unique.

The place was clean, yet the main road outside made it very noisy, and the room was hot so I couldn't open the window because of the traffic noise.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Only a small selection of bread and rolls, but plenty of each. Huge cheese buffet, wide tea selection, eggs in all forms—nothing to complain about. The bar is also great, staff attentive, good Limoncello Spritz. The pillows weren’t very comfortable and there was only one pillow type. When the balcony door was opened at certain times, cooking smells from the restaurant drifted into the room, which was a bit unpleasant.
