My stove wasn't repaired until one day before my stay finished. The clerks at the counter were never there; they didn't open the counter until around 10 AM. The maintenance man never fixed the back‑door lock. The building constantly smelled of marijuana.

It was clean, but the staff never checked to see if we needed towels or toilet paper. My husband and I paid for three weeks and only had two towels and two washcloths the whole time, so we bought our own. The staff never knocked on the door to offer fresh towels or a bed change, which felt like 100 % poor hospitality.
