The beds were comfortable, but the floor was very dirty and there were people living in campers in the parking lot and around the pool.

It’s close to the 95 and everything is within walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. I’ve been staying here every year for many years, but the guests now are becoming a bit rougher.
Housekeeping never came to clean my room.
The place looked decent, but the listing should include a $250 cash‑only security deposit so guests don’t waste time expecting a room that night and then have to cancel and find another spot.

The breakfast was awful—no toast, bagel, muffin, or anything similar. The ceiling was sagging, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the trash outside the room was overflowing.
