“Great location, spectacular views, great food, good value”
The spot was perfect for visiting Nemrut Dagh and Arsameia, offering stunning views from its high perch. The pool was clean and lovely, though we didn't get to use it. Usuf welcomed us warmly at check‑in, and most staff were helpful, though only a few spoke English, so we relied on Google Translate. The buffets were tasty and we praised the chef; overall the food, location, and room comfort were good value, even though the room looked dated. We were disappointed that the room wasn’t serviced during our stay, so don’t expect that. The property felt tired and rundown, with cracked paving stones and overgrown, untended gardens, and a few small fixes could have improved it. The cafeteria‑style restaurant looked outdated, with worn, chipped furnishings and a décor that seemed clueless. It catered to large coach groups (Japanese and Australian) and left tables uncleared and dirty, with some staff working hard while others seemed to lounge despite obvious tasks.
