The hotel is super cute, with only 7 small rooms that are all very clean and tidy. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, and the owner cooks culinary masterpieces! Breakfast always offers fresh, tasty pastries. You can skip restaurants because any dish here can be ordered and made far better. We’ve never had such a carpaccio and caprese anywhere else! Cleaning happens daily. The location is great, just 5 minutes to the waterfront and 13 minutes to the station. Viarredo is a very charming town, everything feels homey. We’ll definitely come back.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel is just a few steps from the sea. Finding parking is a bit tricky, but with some patience you can sort it out.

“Piccola vacanza di tre giorni”

The building is simple and welcoming, just 2 minutes from the waterfront, in a quiet area. Cleanliness is excellent; the bathroom is a bit small but has everything you need. Breakfast is superb with freshly made cakes, plenty of sweet and savory options, and I didn’t use the Wi‑Fi so can’t comment on that. The beds are comfortable and the staff are kind and attentive. The price is very reasonable for the property, and I would return to Viareggio if I came back. The only downside is that the TV is a little small.

The hotel has a great location, almost right by the beach and very quiet. The owners are incredibly nice, and the breakfast is great and affordable.
