The reception and housekeeping staff were very attentive. The location lets you walk from one side to the other. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the lighting was spot on.
“Ideaal hotel als je alleen komt om te shoppen in Andorra la Vella.”
Breakfast offered a wide selection, though being right on the shopping street meant the hotel area was always noisy. The hotel is hard to reach by car; the entrance path is barely visible, and the Wi‑Fi was awful.
“They go through your personal belongings “by mistake””
The positive aspects were completely overshadowed by the negative experience. I stayed at the hotel with my wife and our pet. Since pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and my pet rarely stays alone, I decided to go to breakfast and leave a video call open on my computer. I also left a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the room door. Imagine my surprise when I saw on the video feed that the housekeeper entered the room a few minutes after we left and went through our personal belongings. I went back up immediately, but she had already left. I returned to the front desk, where they spoke with the housekeeper, who claimed she had entered the room “by mistake.” The woman at the front desk then said she was “very sorry,” without taking any further action. When I said I would go to the police if anything was missing, she simply replied that if I had the video as proof, I could file a complaint—implicitly casting doubt on my word. Before posting, I wrote the hotel management expecting a different reaction, but did not receive any answer. Although I didn't feel like I was missing anything (maybe the housekeeper just couldn't find what she was looking for), this is definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel
“Lamentablemente buscaremos otra opción para alojarnos”
The location is great, right on the main shopping avenue, and the private parking costs 20€, cheaper than the usual 26‑30€ per night. I’ve stayed here before because of the price‑quality ratio and my dog, but small issues have piled up and my family decided to book elsewhere. The rooms are spacious, but if you get the “skeleton” room it feels cramped. The buffet is poor, with few healthy options; the fruit is moldy, the hot foods are stale, like the bacon. Rooms aren’t sound‑proof, hallway noise is loud. One room’s fridge didn’t work, another lacked a bedside lamp bulb, the shower needs careful positioning to avoid water spillage, towels smelled of bleach, and the pillows were so thin they felt like they’d survived a thousand heads.
The breakfast was good.
