Excellent location. The guests lounge with free drinks and snacks was a wonderful bonus

“Good location”

The location was fine, but the eco‑friendly claims were false: they tossed our disposable slippers each night, even after we left them on the rack the second day and still received new ones. We forgot our toothbrushes and had to use the disposables; when we stored our own in a cup in the cupboard the next day they were still discarded and replaced. Housekeeping arrived the first morning, removed our towels, and left the door open for at least an hour before returning to finish the clean, which raises security concerns.

“Pretty nice overall and worth the cost.”

The hotel was close to Dotonbori and way more central than I had expected! The laundry room was always busy, but that’s just a busy hotel.
