How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel sits in a fantastic spot, rooms were spotless, bright, and spacious, beds were incredibly comfy, linens changed daily, cleaning was meticulous, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty, but the bathroom lacked towel hooks and there were no ledges for toiletries, otherwise the hotel was excellent.

We had a terrible stay because there was no running water; we couldn't shower after a long day, management repeatedly promised the water would return “soon” but never did, showing little urgency or concern, the lack of water is a serious flaw, poor communication and inaction made the situation even worse, overall it was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The location, breakfast, and staff were great, but the shower was an issue.

Atendimento nota 10, destacando Javier. Muito simpático! Cama muito confortável. Café da manhã satisfatório. O hotel fica num prédio antigo, muito bonito, porém o banheiro tinha mal cheiro nos ralos!
