Being right next to Seoul station and close to shops, we enjoyed a beautiful night view from our lounge, though a few areas were a bit dusty.

Everything was perfect; a young woman at reception was exceptional in arranging a taxi for me—thanks a lot to that young person!

Modern, stylish, and well‑equipped apartment with a nice view from the bed, only a 10‑minute walk from the station.

I particularly liked the comfort and layout of the suite. The room provided a comfortable environment for my stay, and I appreciated the facilities and amenities provided. The location was also convenient opposite Seoul Station. One of the main things I found lacking during my stay was the absence of a kitchenette. For a suite or apartment-style accommodation, having at least a basic kitchenette with simple cooking and food preparation facilities would have made the stay much more convenient, particularly for guests staying for several days. More importantly, I had a serious concern regarding housekeeping during my stay. On one occasion, after the housekeeping staff had cleaned the apartment, they failed to properly close and secure the front door. When we returned, we were shocked to find the apartment door left ajar. We immediately informed the reception about the incident. Fortunately, nothing was missing from the apartment, and the reception staff acknowledged the matter and offered an apology for the housekeeping oversight. While I appreciate the apology and am thankful that nothing was lost, I consider this a significant security and safety concern. Guests should be able to trust that their room will be properly secured after housekeeping has completed their duties. I strongly recommend that housekeeping procedures be reviewed and that staff are reminded to check and confirm that apartment doors are fully closed and locked before leaving
