A room priced at 105 euros without a bathroom seemed very expensive, and the Wi‑Fi did not work.
The room was great, but the toilet was in the hallway, which is a bit inconvenient; you just can't have everything. Breakfast disappointed me a bit – there was no fresh yoghurt or quark for a long time, and refills took ages, but most guests had already left by then.

One leg of my bed was broken, the room lighting was terrible, and the noise kept me from closing my eyes all night.

They helped us find another location after we voiced our dissatisfaction, did their best, and rebooked the payments – that was fine. The room assigned on the right side near the front door was, in my view, unsuitable as a hotel room: it was at street level, so all curtains had to be closed and the windows couldn’t be opened because of street noise. The door handles on the shared toilets made so much noise that we didn’t want to stay there. That doesn’t reflect all the other rooms. The hotel was fully booked that night, so we moved to another hotel with staff help again.
