“Feines kleines B&B”
A modern room with nicely painted walls, all the bathroom essentials, and a good breakfast spread. The B&B’s location is spot‑on for a concert at the Arena – just a few minutes’ walk. Marco, the host, is very friendly and helpful. A makeup mirror and cosmetic towels in the bathroom would be nice, but those are minor.

The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk from the center. Parking right outside the entrance is available on a card issued by Mark, which is a huge advantage. The air‑conditioning could only be set to 25 °C; it wouldn’t go cooler, so the room didn’t cool properly, which was quite unpleasant. Even when we set it to 24 °C, the thermostat jumped back to 25 °C.

A very nice place for one or two nights, right next to the old town and easy to walk to everything. The best part is the free parking right in front of the building, which is almost non‑existent elsewhere. Marco is a very friendly and helpful host who does everything to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is typical Italian, prepared personally by Marco: ham, salami, butter, cheese, sweets, some fruit, juices, everything you’d want for breakfast. It’s a small hotel with two double rooms. We stayed in the deluxe double with a balcony (which we couldn’t use because it was unbearably hot in Verona) and a nice bathroom with a window, shower, and bidet. Everything was very clean. The rooms and breakfast area feature great wall paintings, which make the place unique. Highly recommended! When it was as hot as we experienced (39 °C), the air‑conditioner barely managed to cool the room, but Marco brought a fan into the room, which made it tolerable.

We spent a fantastic night in this apartment. The owner was incredibly kind and very responsive via message, greeting us upon arrival in a spotlessly clean place. The breakfast buffet was delicious, even letting us cook eggs to our liking. My wife had a health issue on the day of departure, and the host was remarkably supportive in helping us find a solution. He is a deeply human and caring person. I recommend this accommodation 100 %.
We came to Verona for the RTL concert at the Arena and chose Domus Fluminis mainly because of its excellent reviews and its ideal spot for walking around the city center while leaving the car parked comfortably. The stay was perfect: immaculate cleanliness, courteous and professional service, and a great breakfast with both sweet and savory items of high quality. We slept well in a quiet, air‑conditioned room. Highly recommended!
