The rooms were spotless and the staff were helpful, and we had a pleasant stay with nothing to complain about.

The rooms had a strong odor and the bathroom did not meet the required standard; bath towels shed white tiny threads onto the body. The interior of the room and the bed were very bad.

We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location and comfortable rooms. The staff was very responsive to our needs and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we required. However, one thing that did catch us off guard was that we only received one room key, which wasn't a major issue but something we had grown accustomed to at other hotels of this size.
