“Amamos o quarto, mas...”
My family and I liked the bed; the comfort on those beds was very good. We didn’t like the fan with mold and also the door of room 3, which was breaking/broken. My family didn’t feel very safe.
Nothing. There’s no electricity in the toilet, nothing is clean. It’s a mess.
Very bad experience! This is the worst accommodation I’ve ever rented. The room was full of bed bugs, and the owner didn’t respond when we reported the problem. I also lost my phone and iPod in the apartment, and the owner refused to answer our messages. There is no cleaning service at all. I strongly advise everyone not to book this place!. Honestly I won’t stay here again. The bathroom was dirty, the kitchen was a mess. Keys aren’t stored separately, so when you arrive there’s a chance your room was used by someone else and not cleaned.
The room was spacious and the hostel sits in a safe, pleasant part of Lisbon, right in the center. However, the cleaning was subpar, the door couldn’t lock from either side, the price felt steep for what was offered, and for the first time in my life I developed an allergy from staying here, leaving me disappointed and feeling cheated.
