“Es war hervorragend.”

We stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor, complete with a small roof terrace that offered a fantastic view of Düsseldorf’s rooftops all the way to the Rhine bridges – the elevator only reaches the 4th floor, but that didn’t bother us. The apartment felt more than spacious for the two of us, was tastefully furnished, and spotlessly clean. Both of us found the bed and the extra blankets extremely comfortable, leading to great sleep. Public transport was superbly connected. We didn’t need breakfast, so I have no comment on that. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time for the sauna, but overall we loved the place and would gladly return. The only downside is that the property itself has no parking; a public car park is nearby.

In the middle of town it was noisy; the first room we got was small and poorly insulated, and the second room was a bit better.

The value for money was good and the location convenient. The room was a bit small, yet very clean, and the service was excellent.

The breakfast buffet was very varied and the staff were friendly. The room on the 3rd floor got too hot in the evenings, and the windows couldn’t be opened because the street was heavily trafficked. For a one‑ or two‑night stay the hotel serves its purpose, but for a longer stay I’d choose another option.

“Ich werde in dem Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Schade, dass die Beschreibung nicht gepasst hat!”

The furniture was good. However, the cleanliness, location, and small room size were disappointing. Sleeping with the window open was impossible, and the street noise was extreme.
