Great reception, good accommodations, everything well organized. The refrigerator noise in the room was annoying during the night.

We've been to Gramado over 10 times and never felt so welcomed as at Bertoluci. The entire staff was very friendly and warm. Everyone was very available, especially Elvis, always smiling! The location is great—easy access to many nice tourist spots, many within walking distance. We stayed one rainy night and, having visited the city many times, chose to stay in the hotel and dine there. Dinner was delicious. We had pasta, escondidinho, and lasagna—three very good dishes. It tasted like home. Since it was our son’s birthday, we asked if they had a cupcake and a candle just to sing happy birthday. They made a heart‑shaped cake that moved us. Our son loved the cake and they made our night much happier. Finally, when we paid the bill, we learned the cake wasn’t even charged! Sure, on future trips we won’t have to choose—we’ll return to Bertoluci without hesitation.
