“Persiilleen meni, mutta kokemus tämäkin.”
Booking was easy, but that was it. See the “What you didn’t like” section for more. I made my reservation late in the evening and drove to the address I received. The accommodation had no sign indicating where it was, and no one bothered to answer the phone number. The place turned out to be an apartment building, and at night, while searching for a more precise location, I ran into a friendly neighbour who opened the stairwell door for me and directed me to what he thought was the correct door. According to him, there was no parking available, even though the listing said otherwise. The keycard was useless because apparently no one was in the apartment. At some point while I was driving, the host sent me English messages about a late‑check‑in surcharge, a phone number for getting the key, and a request to continue communication via WhatsApp. I felt taken advantage of, booked another place, and drove there to sleep. When I asked about a refund of the accommodation fee, I did not get a clear yes or no answer, even after asking twice.
