The room had a beautiful sea view, was airy and spacious, and the location was good, close to the centre, yet the furnishings were old, the front‑desk and dining staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the breakfast menu was very poor.

The room was very good and offered excellent value, but the customer service was only average; breakfast was solid, making it one of the best hotels for the price in Vietnam. The staff could improve their customer relations skills, and the photo of the view was outdated—new buildings now block the beach, so the view is only partial and the pictures are misleading.
