The room was spotless and the shower was huge, with the cleaning crew being quick and friendly and changing towels daily. The breakfast spread was very thin—just a handful of items, no milk, no toasted bread, no healthy choices, and the morning staff were not very helpful. The room key stopped working three times over two days, which was frustrating.

The sheets and bedding were fresh and the staff were friendly and warm. However, every carpet in the corridor smelled like urine, and there was a strange, suffocating odor in the room that ventilation couldn't clear. We found nothing at breakfast except an apple and a cup of coffee. This is a stay I would never choose again.
