The hotel's proximity to Vincom supermarket was a major plus, but unfortunately, the room's air conditioning was not functioning properly, forcing us to use a fan instead. However, the fan was incredibly loud and sounded like it was about to fall apart. Overall, I felt that the room was overpriced considering the limited amenities.

I was initially drawn to this hotel due to its great location, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The biggest letdown was that they had stopped serving breakfast two months prior to our arrival, which we only discovered when we arrived at the hotel. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, feeling more like sleeping on a rock-hard floor. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, despite their limited English skills.

While this hotel was affordable, it fell short in many areas. One major inconvenience was that there was no lift to the reception, forcing us to lug our suitcases up to the first floor. The mattresses were also incredibly hard, making for a poor night's sleep. The hotel was also quite noisy, and to add insult to injury, we were charged an additional fee for using a card to pay. To make matters worse, the communication with the staff was very poor due to their limited English skills.
